Nilambur a scenic place situated at the banks of Chaliyar River,  about 70 Km from the Kozhikkode.  Elephant camp is located at Nedungayam,  where we can have close look at the giant beasts.

 The world's first Teak plantation is at Nilambur.  We can have a visit to the Teak museum,  displaying the history, antiques and everything about the big teak tree.
